I suggest you make a List of all Self-Development Undertaken..and where it has gotten you, even down to the point of what you’ve had to invest in it in terms of time, money, effort, mental and emotional investment of your SELF.

The People in our Home and the Stories we tell ourselves about them. Spouse, children, parents, other relatives, flatmates…

Our Inner Child and finally looking after ourselves...as when we are doing well then the ones around us also do better.
